We first had Timber Pizza at an @theemporiyum foodie event back in 2015 I believe. We’ve visited their brick & mortar several times since and even had Timber as our Wedding caterer with their mobile pizza oven back in 2019. We consider Timber as some of the best pizza we’ve ever had.

The Lot – a provolone and mozzarella blend, slow roasted pork, bread & butter jalapenos, micro cilantro, pineapple chups
The Bentley – tomato sauce, provolone and mozzarella blend, cured chorizo, soppressata, Peruvian sweet peppers & spicy honey
>> Must-Have Dessert:
Their seasonal ice cream & cone platter is a choice you won’t regret. Dolcezza vanilla gelato, house-made wood fired cones, house-made seasonal jam, fresh fruit, chocolate, and granola. This is definitely a dessert to share with the table. They allow different serving sizes from a single serving made for 1-2 people as well as a larger portion for up to 3-4 people.
