Sage Cakery is a bake shop and café located in my neighborhood of Urbana, MD.
They bake everything from scratch in small batches daily. Organic Ingredients are sourced locally as much as possible, and you know how much I love to support my community. They specialize in custom cakes, but also offer a wide variety of desserts (coffee cake, cheesecake bars, brownies), cupcakes (both regular and gluten free options), and locally roasted artisan espresso daily.
Whenever we need a hostess gift for a get together, we run over to Sage Cakery to grab a half dozen of their delicious cupcakes. The everyday cupcake flavors you can find in their display include vanilla, chocolate, chocolate w/vanilla, vanilla w/chocolate, lemon, red velvet, & chocolate with peanut butter. They also have seasonal flavors that rotate so there is always something new to try when you pop in.
