Brunch this weekend was at Thacher & Rye. Even though the snow was coming down, we knew we had to visit during the last few days of Frederick restaurant week.

Spent Grain Rye Bread- smoked trout, whipped cultured butter
Skillet Coffee Cake- cinnamon streusel, cream cheese icing
Beef Tartare- hanger steak, buttermilk boursin, pickled red onion, crispy potato
Sausage and Biscuits- fried chicken thigh, sausage gravy, scallion cheddar biscuits
