Stroker’s Barbeque is a Frederick-based food truck that makes one hell of a sandwich.

I ordered their best seller and one-of-a-kind sandwich, “The 'Merica” which consists of pulled pork, homemade sweet sauce, baked bacon mac & cheese, topped with slaw, all on a sweet Hawaiian bun. It was messy, it was delicious, it was absolute perfection.

I got to try them out while I was visiting one of my favorite Frederick breweries, Idiom Brewing Company. What’s better than sipping on a few beers while biting into a messy, meaty sandwich?! Absolutely nothing.
