Weekends are made for brunch with family & friends. Of course, I had to order a seasonal cocktail called the Cider Sangria which was made with @absolutus juice apple vodka, champagne, @mcclintockdistilling blood orange saffron cordial, @mccutcheons_ap apple cider & cinnamon spices.
> Apps:
Fried Pickle chips with chipotle ranch & warm Crab Dip made with lump crab and a tap house cheese blend with toasted ciabatta for dipping.
> Entrees:
-Goat Cheese & Spinach Omelet - with a side of chef’s home fries and fruit
-Steak & Cheese - caramelized sweet onions, cooper sharp American cheese, on a grinder roll with a side of fresh cut fries
-Classic Eggs Benedict – on an English muffin, Canadian bacon, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, with a side of chef's home fries and fruit
-Lil’ Smokey - local pulled pork, root beer bbq, smoked bacon, sweet and sour slaw, cheddar, smoked tomato mayo, on brioche toast, with a side of fresh cut fries
> Dessert:
Each couple ordered a Warm Brownie Sundae to share – a house-made brownie topped with chocolate ganache, vanilla ice cream, and chef’s sea salted chocolate sauce
