While visiting the Ballston Quarter market we knew we had to grab a fried chicken sandwich from Hot Lola’s. We stuck with the classics and got the Hot Lola’s Sando which comes with slaw, pickles, comeback sauce all on a Big Marty’s Bun (@potatorolls). You get to choose your spice level so we decided to trust the chef and go with the O.G. HOT which they describe as “Hot In Here” which was definitely accurate upon our first bite, but damn was it good. The chicken was moist AF and the slaw added just the right amount of crunch and cooling to balance out the O.G. Hot spice. YUM!!!
