Lunch at the Tasting Room is a must when you’re in downtown Frederick. Here’s what we ate:

Duck Ravioli – ravioloi filled with duck leg confit, mushrooms, pine nuts and crispy parsnips & Panko Shrimp with a trinity sauce on the side for dipping
>> Lunch Entrees:
Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich – a large piece of gochujang glazed fried chicken, topped with kewpie mayo, miso honey, and a kimchi pickle with a side of fries & the Bacon Cheeseburger – topped with aged cheddar, bibb lettuce, a slice of heirloom tomato and red onion.
