Parked outside the Idiom Brewery in downtown Frederick, MD you’ll find the Steak Bomb food truck, ready to fill your belly and prepare you to continue drinking those delicious Idiom brews.
My favorite is their sandwich called the SMASH BOMB which I can describe best as a beef burger patty on toasty white bread, topped with ketchup, mustard, and American cheese…kinda like if a grilled cheese and a burger had a baby. An order of Old Bay seasoned chips on the side and you’re ready to go.
