The Slider Rider food truck is the go-to spot to find a juicy burger, out of this world fries and spicy AF wings. Follow their IG to find their parking spot of the week. We visited their food truck when they were parked in downtown Gaithersburg, MD.

Mercury Burger - grass fed halal beef, yellow American cheese, caramelized onions, crunchy potatoes, galaxy sauce and rocket sauce, and LTO on a potato bun.
Venus Wings – marinated & battered fried wings smothered in a “no joke buffalo sauce” with a side of creamy yogurt. These wings are definitely no joke spicy as hell, but oh so delicious.
Cosmic Fries – shoestring fries covered in house seasoning and parmesan with a side of cosmic sauce
