Sapwood Cellars, established in Sept 2018, is a brewery with a bustling tasting room in a Columbia business park. They specialize in fresh hoppy ales and barrel-aged sour beers. Some of my favorite beers from them include the milkshake IPA “Orange Juicius”, the double NEIPA “The Quiet Parts Loud”, & the fruited sour “Raspberry-Lime Plush Pop”.
Besides having ample seating inside and outdoors, they also have bottles, cans, crowlers & growlers to go. Their tasting room is open Wednesdays through Sundays. Cheers!
