Located on the Maryland Eastern Shore in Salisbury, Burnish is a craft brewery with a diverse beer menu and a delicious, a huge indoor restaurant with an extensive food menu, and a large outdoor beer garden with a fire pit. They’ve been open for 1 year as of Oct 2022 and have grown so much in this time.

Their sour beer series One Trick Pony was one of the favorites from the Strawberry, Banana & Cream variety, the Peach Mango Lemonade flavor, or the Pineapple Orange Passionfruit. Burnish also makes some refreshing IPAs like the Grapefruit Shine, Ultimate Deer Stand, or The Devil You Know. We ordered several flights in the hopes to try as many of their beers that we could in one visit.

Sitting at the bar was fun but the outdoor beer garden was even better. There is a wide variety of seating from tables handmade by one of the owner’s father-in-laws to seats around a huge fire pit for those chillier nights.

For food, we started with the Bavarian Pretzel- smothered in butter and topped with salt with a side of delicious beer cheese. Afterward, we snacked on a pound of honey old bay wings, sticky, sweet with that perfect Old Bay spice. A little while later we decided to also order their Classic Pizza, cheesy and topped with crispy pepperoni. Everything we ate and drank was absolutely delicious. The team over at Burnish is killing the game. I can’t wait to see what they do next!
