Women owned, locally crafted, and passionate about small batch limited releases, Tenth Ward is one of a kind. They also happen to be Maryland’s first absinthe producer (too cool!). Everything they make is non-traditional and unconventional.

The last time we stopped by their brick & mortar “cocktail lab” in Downtown Frederick, my husband and I tried their cocktail flight- three mixed cocktails using only their own hand-crafted ingredients. While you’re here you can sample all of their available spirits, drink a few cocktails, and buy a bottle or two to go.

Tenth Ward quickly has become a staple in the Downtown Frederick community. Their limited releases and ever-changing offerings will have you coming back for more often.
