The frose at the Superette Market in Ballston Quarter is literally the best frose I’ve ever had. The flavors were just right and the weather was warm enough to make this the perfect afternoon treat.
Their version of a frose (or frozen rose) is a frozen cocktail made with Rose wine, citrus, hibiscus simple syrup, vodka, and rosato vermouth. A beautiful bright pink color and topped with a lime, this drink is both photogenic and refreshing.
Of course, we also had to snag some chocolate chip cookies to eat when we got home. Yum! We will definitely be stopping by the next time we’re in the Ballston Quarter market.
