Ellicott City’s original beer bar, Phoenix Upper Main is known as a local watering hole, for friends & family to come together to drink beer, eat classic bar food, & chat with the bartenders who have worked there for over 10 years. After 2 floods that swept through Historic Ellicott City, @phoenix_emporium was forced to move from the bottom of the hill to the top. At their new, larger location (previously Ellicott Mills Brewing Company) at the top of Main Street, they have 2 floors of indoor dining, 2 bars & a plethora of outdoor tented seating.

-Jalapeno Mozzarella Sticks- mozzarella sticks in a jalapeno batter served with marinara sauce & ranch dressing
-Chicken Tenders- crispy white meat tenders served with honey mustard, order them buffalo style!
-Roasted Toasted Crab Dip Sandwich- house-made crab dip and roast beef on toasted Italian bread with tomatoes, red onion and cheddar jack cheese
