Since it’s my birthday week (I turn 28 on June 25th) I figured I’d share some of my favorite birthday gifts, treats & foodie must-haves of the past. ✨
For my 27th birthday last year my husband surprised me with a Birthday Cake from the Milk Bar Store in DC. He had it specially delivered to our house to surprise me. The Milk Bar famous birthday cake was originally inspired by the supermarket cakes we all grew up with. After over 2 years of recipe testing, they got it just right. Three tiers of rainbow-flecked vanilla cake layered with creamy frosting and crunchy “crumbs” and rainbow sprinkles on top.
