EAT AT The Traditional Authentic Mexican Food Truck

This is one of the regular food trucks in the Frederick County area- parked at the @attaboybeer Brewery in downtown Frederick and at @linganorewinecellars in Mount Airy on a regular weekday and/or weekend. Their food truck name pretty much sums up the entire food truck for you, traditional and authentic Mexican food like simple but delicious tacos, cheesy and flavorful quesadillas, creamy Mexican street corn, loaded nachos & burritos.
The line gets long quickly when they open at the Linganore Winecellars so I made sure to be first in line. I ordered 6 tacos; 2 chorizo, 2 pastor, 1 brisket & 1 carnitas. I also put in an order of the cheese quesadillas that did not disappoint- loaded with melty cheese inside a crisp and buttery tortilla. I was in heaven, even when it started to downpour for an hour. I stayed dry under my family’s tent and enjoyed my delicious tacos & @linganorewinecellars rosé wine.
