This farm-to-table restaurant & award-winning craft brewery is located right off of a bike trail and right outside the suburbs, in the industrial section of Vienna, VA. With a good amount of outdoor and indoor dining options, a large variety of food items and a vast selection of draft beers, there’s something for everyone.
I was in the mood for brunch with my beer flight, so I ordered an omelette- filled with garden herb and goat cheese with caramelized Vidalia onions and a side salad. We also ordered a house-made buttermilk biscuit & a Nordic Knot Pretzel- made locally in Reston, VA—a traditional pretzel made with a specialty blend of hand-milled flour, served alongside IPA mustard for dipping.
For beers we tried a wide variety including the Vanilla Hobo Stout, Cold Train- a fruited sour, Fog IPA- a NEIPA, Mango Milkshake IPA, Citra Session IPA, Wasser Bohemian Pilsner, and the Zoo Berliner Weisse.
